B2B Introductions

We find the need. We find the right fit. We make the introduction.

Built Pipeline is an independently operated B2B introductions service. We identify businesses with a specific need, find a relevant supplier or partner, and facilitate a direct introduction when there's a genuine fit.

01 The gap

The market
already has
both sides.
They just
haven't met

A café may be looking for a new roasting partner. A roaster may be looking for independent cafés that are opening or changing suppliers. Neither necessarily knows the other exists.

We research both sides, establish whether there's a genuine fit, and make the introduction.

Demand

Needs something

Often doesn't know the right provider.

Built Pipeline

Sits between them. Finds both sides, checks the fit, and makes the introduction.

Supply

Can provide it

Often doesn't know the need exists.

02 What we do

We do the search
between the
two sides

Most businesses don't need another list of companies. They need the right company for a particular situation.

We look for the situation first, then work backwards to find the counterpart that can actually address it. That means understanding both sides of the market — not simply selling one side's services to the other.

01

Find the signal

We look for a specific business need: a new location, an expansion, a supplier change, a new project, hiring activity, or another sign that something is happening now.

02

Find the fit

We research potential counterparts and check whether their capabilities, market, location and commercial fit make sense.

03

Make the introduction

When there's enough evidence on both sides, we make a direct introduction with the context both parties need.

03 A good introduction

What we mean
by a good
introduction

Not "here's another vendor." Someone who specifically makes sense for the situation you're dealing with.

That's where the value of an introduction lives, and it's the test every introduction has to pass before we make it. A good introduction has three things.

01

Relevance

The supplier actually serves the type of business involved.

02

Timing

There's a reason the conversation makes sense now.

03

Context

Both parties understand why they've been introduced before the first conversation.

We'd rather make one introduction that makes sense than send ten names that don't.

04 In practice

What this
looks like in
practice

Example scenario

A café needs a new roasting partner.

A café is opening a second location and is reviewing its coffee supply.

  1. We identify the need

We research the business and confirm that the requirement is current.

  2. We identify potential suppliers

We look for roasters whose geography, wholesale model and capabilities fit the café.

  3. We qualify the match

We check whether the roaster is actually interested in taking on another café.

  4. We make the introduction

Both sides receive the relevant context and decide whether they want to talk.

That's it.

  • No giant vendor list
  • No marketplace account
  • No obligation to buy
  • Just a relevant introduction

05 How it works

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them

01

Tell us what's moving

You tell us what you're looking for, what you're trying to solve, or what kind of opportunity you're open to.

02

We search both sides

We identify relevant demand or supply and research potential counterparts.

03

We check the fit

We check the basic requirements on both sides before involving either of them.

04

You approve the introduction

Nothing is passed on without your approval. You see who it is, and exactly what will be shared, before anything moves.

05

We make the introduction

One direct introduction, with enough context for both sides to have a useful first conversation.

Any commercial terms are agreed in writing before work begins. There is never a charge for the first conversation.

06 Where we work

A few markets,
covered
properly

We start narrow. A market is worth opening only when we understand both sides well enough to make introductions responsibly.

Current market

Specialty food & beverage

Operators

Independent cafés, restaurants, specialty food businesses and growing hospitality operators.

Suppliers

Roasters, producers, distributors and specialist suppliers.

Other markets are being evaluated. If yours is adjacent, ask and we'll give you a straight answer. Primary coverage: businesses operating in the United States.

07 Who runs it

Built Pipeline
is operated by
one person

I'm not running a marketplace with thousands of listings, or a sales team working through a database.

Built Pipeline is currently an independent operation run directly by Pranav Anand. I research the market, qualify potential matches and make the introductions myself.

That means the number of introductions is deliberately limited. The goal is relevance, not volume.

Commitments we'll be held to

These are the operating rules, and they're written into our privacy policy and terms of service so you can hold us to them.

Your details don't move without you

Nothing is passed to a counterpart until you've seen who they are and agreed to the introduction.

You'll know how we're paid

We don't act for either party. We may be paid by one or both sides of an introduction, and both are told that before they're introduced.

Terms in writing, first

If there's ever a fee, the scope and the amount are agreed in writing before any work starts.

We never resell data

Your information is not a product. It is not sold, rented, traded or used to build a list for anyone else.

Opt out once, permanently

One reply removes you for good. No re-adding, no "checking back in" six months later.

Discretion on both sides

What you tell us about your business stays between us unless you ask us to share it.

08 Why you received an email

If we emailed
you, here's
exactly why

You probably landed here because an email arrived from a domain you didn't recognise, and you wanted to check who was behind it. Here's the honest answer.

We contacted you because something specific suggested there may be a relevant counterpart on the other side of your market — a need you could meet, or a supplier who could meet yours. If we got that wrong, one reply ends it.

Public business information

We research businesses using publicly available business and professional information. We don't buy bulk contact lists, and we don't sell your information.

Human review

We don't send an introduction simply because two companies share a category. A person reviews the situation, the potential fit and the reason for contacting you.

Easy to stop

If the opportunity isn't relevant, say so, or reply with the word stop. We suppress your address from future outreach, usually the same day and always within ten business days.

09 Straight answers

The questions
you're
actually asking

The things people usually want to know before they reply to an email from us.

Is Built Pipeline a real business?

Yes — and here's exactly what it is, so nothing is a surprise later. Built Pipeline is an independently operated B2B introductions service run by Pranav Anand, working from Bengaluru, India with businesses in the United States. It's a sole proprietor operation, not a company with a team behind it.

We'd rather tell you that plainly than let you find it out. What you get instead of a large organisation is a named person who answers their own email. Every message we send comes from pranav@builtpipeline.com — check it against the sender on the email you received. We never use a second domain, a lookalike spelling, or a no-reply address.

Is this a lead generation agency or a marketplace?

No. We don't sell lead lists, run marketing for anyone, buy or resell on anyone's behalf, or operate a marketplace or platform you sign up to.

Built Pipeline is an independent introductions service: we find an active commercial need, identify a suitable counterpart, and make the introduction when there's a genuine fit.

How did you get my email address?

From publicly available business information — your own website, a public business listing, or a public professional profile. We don't buy ready-made contact lists, and we don't scrape private or gated data.

If you'd like to know exactly where your details came from, ask us and we'll tell you.

Do you sell or share my information?

No. We do not sell, rent or trade contact information to anyone, for any price. Details are shared with one specific counterpart only when you have agreed to that specific introduction — and we tell you what will be shared before it is.

Whose side are you on?

We don't act as an agent for either side, and we don't negotiate or sign anything on anyone's behalf. The job is to find a fit that makes sense for both of you, because an introduction that only works for one side isn't worth making.

We may be paid by one or both parties to an introduction: an upfront fee, a share of the work that comes from it, or both. Before we introduce you, we'll tell you whether we're being paid in connection with that introduction, and by whom. Your own terms are always agreed in writing first.

What happens if I reply?

A short conversation, and nothing more. We ask what you're looking for and whether it's worth exploring. If it isn't, that's the end of it — we won't keep emailing you afterwards. There's no cost to the conversation and no obligation to continue.

How do I stop receiving emails?

Reply with the word stop, or email pranav@builtpipeline.com. We remove the address permanently — usually the same day, and always within ten business days. You won't be added back later.

Does it cost anything to talk to you?

No. An initial conversation is free. If we ever propose paid work, the scope and the fee are agreed in writing first, and you'll know precisely what you're agreeing to.

We will never ask for payment details, card numbers or banking information by email or through this website. If a message claiming to be from us does, it isn't from us.
